Monday Homework:
Reading:
*Parents/student read aloud daily. Students read/reread the little stories that went home with the weekly homework packet...and/or other stories.
*Practice sight words: across, head, second, ball, heard, should, cried, large (Practice reading words to know them by sight.)
*Practice sounds: long i spellings igh, y, ie and inflections ed, ing, er, est, es (dries, right, fly, flashes, etc…) Practice these sounds. Spell and read words with new and past letter sounds.
*Practice spelling words:  my, try, sky, fly, by, dry, pie, cried, night, light (The test is on Friday, April 28)
Math:
*Practice +/- facts for the daily timed math tests
*Complete the 2-sided math homework 11.2 and return it to class tomorrow.

Work on the skills/concepts included in the Weekly Friday Homework #32 that is due on Friday, April 28. (Please do not return this homework before Friday. Thank you!)  :)
