Breakfast and Lunch: The collaborative “Grab and Go” program between FHS and FDS will switch sites from the high school on Thursday, May 28 to FDS starting the following Monday on June 1. Please look for more detailed information in the next Family Newsletter.

P-EBT Free $365 For Eligible Students: Due to COVID-19, many of our FDS children are eligible for Pandemic EBT (P-EBT) benefits which provides up to $365.00 for food purchases. This benefit is available to each eligible child rather than just one per family. Most families with children who receive CalFresh, Medi-Cal, or Foster Care benefits do not need to apply. A P-EBT card for $365.00 will be mailed for receipt no later than May 22, 2020. Families with children who are not receiving any of the three earlier listed benefits but are eligible for free or reduced-price meals must apply online before June 30, 2020. The online application will be available in late May. As long as the application is submitted before the due date, and you are eligible, the full amount of $365.00 will be provided. More detailed info is available at www.cdss.ca.gov/home/pandemic-ebt.

If you would like assistance from FDS staff, please feel free to reach out to Nickie Gallagher, Cafeteria Lead, for more information and application support at ngallagher@fusd.org. Nickie will also be able to provide support for free or reduced-price meal applications.

UPDATE 4/17/2020: Breakfast and Lunch- Due to continued efforts to do our part in keeping students, families, staff, community, and vulnerable residents healthy and safe from the spread of COVID-19 (C19), the meal program has been consolidated with Foresthill High School (FHS). Starting on Monday, April 20, 2020, all “Grab and Go” meals from both programs (FDS and FHS) can be picked up daily from 11:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.

Foresthill Divide School will not be open on Friday 4/10/2020 for "Grab and Go" meals. Please know that on Thursday 4/9/2020 staff will be proving your student with two of the "Grab and Go" meals if requested. This will be for Thursday and Friday. We hope you all are enjoying your spring break.
